Booking Fee
A booking fee of $600.00 for the Bimini, Deluxe and Admiral, or $1000.00 for the Horizon and Constellation is required to confirm your reservation within 7 days, and will be applied to the total rental amount. Full rental amount must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made in the form of check, Money order, or Cashiers check.
Final Payment
Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. You may send check, money order or cashiers check.
Your reservation can be cancelled without notice if we do not receive
payment in full by due date.
**NOTE: We will only accept payment by the person
who rented the boat.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation received 60 or more days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less 50%. Any cancellation received less than 59 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the entire rental fee. If the houseboat can be re-rented, your payment may be refunded less the booking fee. If reservation cannot be honored by Packers Bay Marina, all payments made are refundable. We regret we cannot make exceptions to this policy for personal emergencies and deposits may not be rolled to the following year.
Cleaning and Damage deposit
Upon check-in a $500.00 refundable cleaning and damage deposit is due in the form of cash, money order, cashiers check or authorization on Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Your deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, lost or damage done to the boat resulting from negligent operation, or activity on the boat.
*The Captain and Co-Captain must be
at least thirty (30) years old
Boarding and Departure information
Boarding times are between 2:00- 5:00
PM as boats become available. No shakedowns after 6:00 PM
Returns – Boats
must be returned no later than 2:00 PM
